As of Monday 16th August we will not be accepting any requests for repeat medication by telephone (during the Covid pandemic we allowed this because of advice not to come into surgery). The most effective and efficient way to order is via online services. Click here for more information
72 hours for repeat prescription ordering
As of Monday 16th August you will need to give us up to 72 ‘working’ hours notice to process your repeat prescription. We will always endeavour to process your request as soon as possible however we are under immense pressure to turn them around in less time.
For example:
Order on Wednesday to receive on Monday
Thursday for Tuesday
Friday for Wednesday
Monday for Thursday
Tuesday for Friday
