Government advice on extremely vulnerable patients

Dear patients

With regard to recent changes to the “shielding” or Clinically Extremely Vulnerable group of patients, advice is currently to work from home, or if this is not possible, to stay off work. If you are in this group you should receive a letter from the government directly from the week beginning 2nd November. This letter is all you need for your employer – you do NOT need a sick note or a letter from the surgery. Please see this weblink for more advice.
